Critical Oats Protein Porridge

OPTION 1: Mix 1 scoop (60g) with 150ml boiling water. Stir well and let rest for 1-2 minutes. Eat and Enjoy! OPTION 2: Mix 1 scoop (60g) with 100ml cold water or milk. Place in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir again and Enjoy! Measuring spoons are only estimates, scales are recommended. Consume 1-2 portions per day.
